All correspondence regarding equipment covered by the Apollo Sports USA Incorporated (Apollo USA) warranty agreement or in direct reference to warranty should be accompanied by proof of purchase.  Keep your original, dated proof of purchase (itemized receipt) in case warranty service is ever needed.

 

Proof of Purchase When purchasing product through an Authorized Apollo USA reseller, the authorized resellers receipt with product details indicated will serve as your proof of purchase.  When purchasing product direct from Apollo USA, your invoice, sent with shipment serves as proof of purchase.

 

Authorized Reseller Only current products purchased new from an Authorized Apollo USA reseller or direct from Apollo USA are eligible for any warranty consideration. Possession of or access to Apollo branded product does not indicate an individual, group or business is an Authorized Reseller.  Apollo USA cannot be held responsible for any seller falsely claiming warranty coverage.  If you do not see your source of product listed as an  Authorized Apollo Dealer on our website, please call us at 800-231-0909 to verify status.

 

Minimum Care and Maintenance  Apollo USA guarantees, to the original purchaser only, that the equipment purchased is free of defects in material and/or workmanship under normal recreational scuba use provided proper care and maintenance has been performed for the period outlined below.

 

Return Authorization (RA) Number An RA Number provided by Apollo USA must be prominently displayed on the address label of any package holding products returned for warranty consideration.  Customer is responsible for cost of shipping to Apollo USA for evaluation.  For your own protection we recommend shipping your product insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail with signature required.

 

To obtain your RA Number please send us an e-mail to advise which product you would like to send for warranty consideration and why.  Must also include proof of purchase.  If your product is out of warranty or you do not have proof of purchase, please call us at (800) 231-0909 to discuss other non-warranty options that may be available.

 

Should your product prove to be defective, the product will be serviced or replaced at the sole discretion of Apollo USA at no charge (excluding shipping and handling).

 

Warranty shall automatically be void under the following conditions:  If the equipment has been tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by Apollo USA to perform service.  If damage is result of non-Apollo parts.  If you do not see your service center listed on our site, please call us at 800-231-0909 to verify status.

 

Warranty Period (not applicable to **commercial or military purchase)

 

Regulators | HP Seat and HP Diaphragm - 3 Years | Hoses and other parts - 1 Year | Labor and parts required for annual maintenance are not covered under warranty

 

Instruments and Buoyancy Compensator - 2 Years | Labor and parts required for annual maintenance are not covered under warranty

 

Dry Suits | Valves - 3 Years |  Material, zipper seals and boots - 1 Year | Labor and parts required for annual maintenance are not covered under warranty.

 

U/W Vehicles - 1 Year (except batteries), Lack of proper care and handling can significantly shorten life of battery.  Batteries are covered against manufacturers defects for maximum of 90 days.  Labor and parts for annual maintenance are not covered under warranty

 

Accessories, Fins, Masks, & Snorkels - 1 Year | Labor and parts for annual maintenance are not covered under warranty.  Cosmetic damage and discoloration resulting from use are not considered a manufacturers defect.

 

Warranty Period **Commercial & Military

All products, except batteries purchased for commercial or military use are covered against manufacturers defects for a maximum of 6 months.  Batteries are covered for maximum 60 days. Commercial use includes but is not limited to products purchased and/or used for rental, loan, tours and training.

 

Warranty does not extend to theft, loss, or damage due to accident, abuse or tampering, lack of maintenance, improper storage, or exposure to excessive temperature, extended sunlight, material interactions, deteriorating chemicals or fumes.  Service or modification by any person or persons other than an authorized Apollo service center voids the warranty.  Apollo USA will not be held responsible for replacement of recovery of product in the event of loss or theft.  Apollo USA and authorized resellers make no other warranties expressed or implied, orally or in writing, with respect to any other warranty coverage except those expressly included in this warranty statement.

 

All warranties are limited to a single original owner on the purchase of new and current product from an authorized reseller.  Closeouts, Discontinued and  Secondary sales of any kind including "like new" or out of box are not eligible for warranty consideration.

 

Unauthorized Warranty Statements  Apollo USA is not responsible for any warranty offers expressed or implied beyond those mentioned above.  Resellers may offer extended periods or  warranty coverage on ineligible products.  In either case assistance should be obtained from the offering party.
